Over ten years in business tends to speak for itself. We have a huge customer base and highly qualified technicians. Our technicians have experience in different fields. Some in system upgrades and repairs, some in building computers from ground up, some working on networks, webdesign and other such experiences. We have technicians experienced in Windows, Macs, and Linux based systems. We have many repeat customers and business customers, as well as many state agencies for customers. We have the experience people want and need their computer repair shops to have.
Clients
One of the biggest problems in the computer industry seems that people just can't afford the technicians. Sure businesses have never had this problem but the every day joe just can't afford $50 or $100 every time they need something fixed. Well here at Insight Computer Center we try to help everyone for what suits them. We understand not everyone earns the same income and we can relate to that. We will try to help everyone at a price they can afford. After all unlike most of our competition we aren't it for the money, we are in it because this is what we enjoy doing.
Competition
Well of course we don't know much about our competition first hand. We can only base on what our customers say.
What we do know is that often times we gain customers because they say they went to another local company and got charged rediculous prices and the problem wasn't fixed. We also often times have to go in and fix what our competiton should have done right the first time. We are one of two companies in the area with knowledge and experience to install and correctly route DSL for customers (note the telephone company must first set your line up for DSL).
