From building our own white boxes to integrated net services, we can do it all. Owner, Frank Shannon is A+ certified and holds a masters degree from R.P.I. in Troy, N.Y.
Customer Relations
We like to pride ourselves in our customer relations here
at Insight Computer Center inc. We often have long chats
with customers about new technologies, new products, and
simpily help customers understand things better. This isn't
where it ends however. We frequently make house calls to
do computer repairs for elderly people, people who are nervous
about bringing their computer in the shop, or basically
for anyone who asks us to. This is what good customer relations
is about and this is what we do best.
A+ Certified
A+ certification is the definitive certification for computer repair shops
and upgrades. The A+ certification is to ensure
customers and employers that an individual does
know what they claim. This is the only certification
of its kind and is only offered by one company.
Most major computer industries now require this
certification. Names such as Dell, Compaq, and HP
all require that their service technitions become
A+ certified. This award should ensure to customers
of Insight that we do in fact know what we are doing
and that any problems you have will be handled in
a professional manner.
